Trenda RS, LLC (“Trenda RS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a business management platform for event venues, rental properties, and service businesses (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

As part of using the Service, you and your clients or tenants may submit information such as client/tenant names, contact details, booking and event details, contracts and e-signatures, invoices, and payment records. Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers — Stripe handles and stores that information under its own privacy policy.

Communications. If you use our AI concierge, email, or messaging features, we process the content of those messages to provide the requested functionality.
